Sudipa Kundu

Sudipa Kundu is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource management across various sectors. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Manager for South Zone at Pidilite Industries Limited since December 2022, Sudipa oversees HRBP activities for a workforce of over 1500 employees. Prior to this role, Sudipa spent over a decade at HDFC Life, progressing through multiple HR leadership positions, culminating in the role of Chief Manager Human Resources. Recognized for excellence in HR initiatives and business projects, Sudipa has also contributed to CSR activities and talent acquisition across different regions. Academic credentials include a Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resources Development from Bangalore University and a postgraduate degree from SCMLD, alongside a B.Sc. in Microbiology from Osmania University.
