Supratim Sarkar

Supratim Sarkar has extensive work experience in the fields of marketing, product management, business development, and sales. Supratim currently serves as the Head of Marketing at Pidilite Industries Limited since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Fosroc from 2017 to 2022, holding positions of Head of Product and Head of Specification and Business Development- North. At Fosroc, they were responsible for specifying brands and appropriate systems, providing technical support to the sales team, and leading a team of Specification Manager and Specification Engineer. Supratim also worked at BASF as a Business Development Manager from 2004 to 2017, at Xypex Chemical Corporation as a Senior Sales Engineer from 2002 to 2004, and at Sika as a Sales Engineer from 1998 to 2002.

Supratim Sarkar has a diverse educational background. Supratim obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Jaipur National University, completing their studies from 2018 to 2020. Prior to their MBA, Supratim pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the same university, although the specific field of study is not mentioned. Additionally, they had some educational experience in Civil Engineering, as they studied this subject at NCP. Furthermore, Supratim also earned a BBA degree in Civil Engineering from B.T Road Govt Sponsored H.S School in Kolkata.
