Vinayak Pure

Vinayak Pure is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Pidilite Industries Limited since November 2022. Prior to this role, Vinayak held the position of Human Resources Manager at Schneider Electric from September 2020 to November 2022, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, performance management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
