Yugal Sharma

Yugal Sharma has extensive experience in manufacturing and production management, currently serving as the Unit Head at Pidilite Industries Limited since April 2021. Prior roles include Manufacturing Manager and Plant Manager at BASF from January 2016 to March 2021, and Assistant Manager Production at Johnson Matthey from July 2012 to January 2016, where responsibilities included optimizing energy-efficient processes. Earlier experience includes roles at Saint-Gobain Glass, where Yugal contributed to operational goals on the Float Line, as well as positions at Johnson Matthey focused on production planning and execution through SAP. Yugal began a career at Hero Cycles Ltd as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Electroplating Division. Academic qualifications include a B-Tech in Chemical Engineering from Punjab Technical University and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
