Brian Gilson has over a decade of experience in educational leadership and teacher development. Beginning a career as an Emerging Bilingual Teacher at Memphis City Schools, Brian transitioned to roles of increasing responsibility, including positions at Teach For America as Program Director, Managing Director of Alumni Leadership, and School Director. Brian further advanced the educational landscape at The Holdsworth Center, leading initiatives to enhance talent development in Texas public school districts. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at PIE Network, Brian focuses on building capacity and strategic alignment among advocates and policy leaders to improve educational opportunities. Brian holds a Master of Education from Lipscomb University and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center for the Management of School Systems, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and English from Denison University.
