Eric Eagon

Senior Director, Educator Policy & Leadership

Eric Eagon is the Senior Director of Policy & Program at PIE Network, where they lead initiatives to elevate educator leaders in advocacy and policymaking. Previously, Eagon worked as a Summer Research Fellow at Minneapolis Public Schools, conducted research on principal incubation programs, and performed financial analyses on school scheduling. Their teaching experience spans several roles, including corps member with Teach For America and teacher at Progress High School, where they taught ESL and served as a mentor teacher. Eagon holds a Master of Education in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University and an M.S. in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Fordham University. They earned a BA in Political Science, Environmental Studies, and Middle East Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
