Sunny Long

Sunny Long has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2010, they started as an intern at Micronotes Inc. They also served as an Intern/Analyst at Madison Parker Capital and as an Academic Ambassador at Dipont Education during the same year. In 2011, Sunny worked as part of the Cyber Cohort Internship Program at Booz Allen Hamilton, utilizing LDA for creating a tool to process a large database of research papers. In 2012, they worked as a Summer IED Intern at Morgan Stanley, where they developed a backtesting program for technical indicators. In 2013, Sunny became a Sales and Trading Analyst at Morgan Stanley, a role they held until 2015. During this time, Sunny co-founded Just Baguette and led a team to create an ML-driven grocery list creator. In 2015, they also started working at ThirdLove as a Product Manager, focusing on growth, data analytics, A/B testing, and customer personalization. In 2017, Sunny joined Udacity as a Senior Product Manager, where they handled global growth, product infrastructure, and payments. They later became the Senior Product Manager for Payments at Udacity. Finally, in 2018, Sunny became the Co-Founder and Global CEO of Pie Systems.

Sunny Long has completed a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science and has also earned two Bachelor of Science degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The first Bachelor of Science degree is in Economics, while the second one is in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science. Prior to attending the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sunny Long attended Loomis Chaffee, although the specific field of study or degree earned at this institution is unknown.
