Ofer Hermoni

Ofer Hermoni is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology and product management. Ofer is currently Co-Founder and CTO of PieEye INC., a Member of the Board of Advisors at apprentAI, and a Startup Consultant for Self Employed. From 2018 to 2021, they were Co-Founder and Advisor at LF AI & Data Foundation, Chairman of the Technical Advisory Council, and a Governing Board Member. From 2019 to 2021, they were Co-Founder, Strategic Consultant and Co-Founder, COO, Head of Product and Chief Scientist at SYBARIP. From 2013 to 2019, they were Director of Product Strategy at the CTO Office at Amdocs, Director of Product Management for NFV at Amdocs, and Product Manager at Amdocs. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Researcher and Project Manager at VeriSign. From 2006 to 2010, they were a Product Marketing Consultant at ComSight Consulting and a Researcher at Telecom Innovation Labs - Deutsche Telekom center at BGU. From 2004 to 2006, they were an Academic Technology Lecturer and Israeli Air Force Trainer at Ben Gurion University.

Ofer Hermoni received their undergraduate degree in Communication Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2005. Ofer then went on to earn an M.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from the same university in 2007. In 2012, they completed their Ph.D. in Computer Science and Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. In April 2022, Ofer Hermoni was awarded the ISSIP Excellence in Service Innovation (Level 2) - Distinguished Recognition from the International Society of Service Innovation Professionals (ISSIP).
