Jon Simon

Jon Simon is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. As Co-founder and CEO of Pieminister since its inception in 2003, Jon Simon has been instrumental in developing the brand and expanding its retail and franchising operations across the UK and Ireland. Additionally, Jon Simon co-founded Good Sixty, an ethical e-commerce platform supporting independent food retailers, which was acquired by Merchant Technology Limited in 2023. Prior to these ventures, Jon Simon founded Circle Bars Limited, a successful bar chain in South London, and exited in 2004. Jon Simon holds a BA Hons in Furniture and Product Design from Nottingham Trent University.
