After over eight years in consulting, they transitioned to internal business partnership, providing strategic HR advice and managing critical HR functions. Céline has held key roles, including DRH for multiple organizations, overseeing vast personnel groups and handling sensitive negotiations with social partners. Currently, they serve as Corporate HR Director at PIERCAN and are a member of the executive committee, where they continue to apply their creative and results-oriented approach to achieve organizational goals.
