They have led multinational teams in developing and implementing global projects that drive growth and improve performance. Garth has received the John Deere Innovation Award in 2014 for strategic thinking and execution. Currently serving as Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Pierce Manufacturing, Garth has previously held significant roles at renowned companies such as John Deere, General Motors, and PALFINGER Group. Garth holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Western University.
