Michael Claar

Michael Claar has been working in the tech industry since 2005, when they began their role as Foreman at Watson Electrical. In 2013, they took on a role as a PT Computer Technology Instructor at Cape Fear Community College, where they taught a few operating system classes and an intro to computers. Michael also served as a Programming Tutor (and student). In 2015, they joined The Queensboro Shirt Company as a Software Developer. Most recently, in 2018, they began working as a Laravel Developer at Piestar, Inc.

Michael Claar obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Bible/Pastor Ministry from Manhattan Christian College between 1993 and 1997. Michael then attended Cape Fear Community College from 2013 to 2015 and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Computer Information Technology. Finally, they earned a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from East Carolina University between 2015 and 2018.
