Stephen MacFarlane

Stephen Macfarlane currently serves as the Global Head of Sales at Pigment, a role undertaken since July 2025, where leadership is focused on reimagining enterprise planning and decision-making through the global go-to-market team. Prior to this, Stephen spent nine years at MongoDB, progressing from Regional Director of Enterprise Sales to Area Vice President, managing major enterprise business segments across North America. Earlier experience includes roles at Citrix, where Stephen was recognized as a team lead on the Global Sales Council, and positions at CCI Resources. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Economics from McMaster University.
