Eric Simpson

Eric Simpson serves as the Customer Success Manager at Pika since September 2025, previously held the position of VP of Customer Experience at Alvys from February 2023 to April 2025, and contributed to Shopmonkey as the Director of Implementation and Sr. Manager of Implementation from June 2020 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes roles such as Vice President of Customer Success at Lango, Inc., and various managerial positions at ServiceTitan. Eric began a career managing a retail sandwich franchise at Jersey Mikes Subs and has held roles in business development and production coordination in the media industry. Eric's educational background includes a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego and legal studies at Southwestern Law School.
