Daniel Hagstrom

Daniel Hagstrom is an experienced operations support and billing professional currently serving as an Operations Support Specialist II at Pike Engineering since June 2022. Responsibilities include issuing construction unit billed invoices and reviewing time and expense reports for accuracy. Previously, Daniel held the position of Billing Analyst, where written SOPs and client invoicing trackers were created, and performance reports were managed. Extensive experience in the mortgage industry includes roles as a Loan Officer Assistant at MiMutual Mortgage and SME/Team Lead at Cardinal Financial Company. Daniel’s early career involved customer service positions at several restaurants and retail establishments, where skills in communication, relationship management, and operational support were developed. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Appalachian State University and an Associate of Arts from Central Piedmont Community College.
