Joe's previous roles at Alliant Energy also included Director of Electric Engineering, Planning and Services, and Steam Business Manager. Additionally, Joe served as the Chief Operating Officer at Cedar Rapids and Iowa City Railway Company, showcasing a diverse range of expertise in the engineering and energy sectors.
