John Fraites

John Fraites is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the telecommunications and energy sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Pike Telecom since April 2018, John oversees all aspects of Telecom construction and engineering, managing customer relations, contract negotiations, and daily operations. In conjunction, John has been the Senior Vice President of Pike Renewables from January 2019 to December 2023, leading initiatives in solar and battery storage engineering, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and project execution. Additionally, John holds the position of Vice President and Chief of Staff at Pike Engineering, where responsibilities include central operational functions. Previous roles include managerial positions at Skillsoft and Cogentrix Energy, where John drove revenue optimization and oversaw utility-scale energy projects, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science from Babson College and an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
