Shannon Strapp

Shannon Strapp is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in project analysis, event coordination, and catering management. Currently serving as a Project Analyst at Pike Engineering since January 2025, Shannon previously held roles as an Event Coordinator and Sales Support Manager at Bold Catering & Design and a Catering Supervisor at Delaware North. Prior experience includes positions as a Catering Specialist at Covingtons Dining and Catering and Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q, as well as serving as a Hostess at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina. Shannon began the career journey as an Internship Trainee at Acworth Flowers & Plants, where tasks included delivering floral arrangements and managing flower preparation. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Valdosta State University, along with additional qualifications in Communication Arts.
