Steven Walton

Steven Walton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project development, land acquisitions, and legal services. Currently serving as the Sr. Project Development Manager at OCI Solar Power LLC while simultaneously managing federal and state land acquisitions for Georgia Power Company, Steven also holds multiple roles including Project Manager and Real Estate Specialist at Pike Engineering and Acquisition Agent at Contract Land Staff. As an attorney with the Walton Law Group since 2013, Steven has provided legal counsel on various matters, including supporting small business owners with EIDL funding through the U.S. Small Business Administration. Steven's prior roles include significant contributions to notable infrastructure projects like the Pennsylvania DOT's Rapid Bridge Replacement Project and various pipeline projects, showcasing expertise in right-of-way acquisition and negotiation. Steven holds a JD from Thomas R. Kline School of Law, a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
