Robert Dull has over 30 years of work experience in the software development industry. Robert began their career in 1987 as a Programmer at Communication Technologies, Inc. and AniMed Computer Systems, Inc. In 1989, they moved to CUNA Mutual Insurance Group as a Statistician, where they developed software using FORTRAN for several on-line pension calculation systems and custom reports in SAS for department personnel. In 1991, they joined Sunquest Information Systems as a Software Developer, developing software using Visual C++ and MUMPS for the company's Clinical Laboratory product, designing and leading product enhancement projects, and developing software using MUMPS to allow the company's Clinical Laboratory system to communicate with any existing hospital system via TCP/IP, DECnet, SNA, and RS-232 connections. In 1997, they moved to Epic as a Software Developer, developing a large XML-based content management and publication system using Visual Basic 6 and Caché, for which they received several company awards. In 2006, they joined Weather Central, LP as a Software Engineer, developing software using C#.Net and SQL Server to process incoming weather data sets (XML) and send alerts to subscribers via email, SMS, and voice messaging, as well as developing software to process road traffic data (accidents, construction, weather events, traffic flow, and speed) and present this data as a graphic overlay on the company's traffic web site. In 2011, they joined WTS Paradigm as a Software Engineer and PIKE Technologies as a Senior Software Developer (http://www.piketech.com/home).

Robert Dull attended DeForest High School from 1978 to 1982, where they received their high school diploma. Robert then attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1982 to 1987, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science major, with a Mathematics minor.
