Tom Hamilton is an executive, operator, founder, and coach who specializes in helping privately owned businesses achieve growth and clarity. With a robust background in strategy and systems honed at McKinsey & Company, Tom has led companies through fundraising, strategic investments, and acquisitions. Currently, Tom serves as an executive at Buncha and is the managing partner of Open Tee, an advisory firm for privately owned businesses and leadership teams. Tom is pursuing a one-year accelerated M.B.A. at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and holds a degree from Universidad de Salamanca.
