Erick Okida

Erick Okida is an experienced sales leader currently serving as Head of Sales & Mortgage at Pilar since February 2024 and concurrently mentoring at Hospital Albert Einstein. With a strong background in sales management, Erick previously held various roles at Loft from November 2020 to December 2023, including Sales Manager for both B2B and B2C segments and Sales Team Leader at Loftcred. Prior to that, Erick was with Creditas from May 2018 to November 2020, achieving notable sales performance, and was a Fellow at Instituto Semear, an NGO supporting low-income university students. Earlier experience includes an internship at Porto Seguro and a position as Sales Director at UFABC jr. Consultoria. Erick's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Universidade Federal do ABC and an exchange program in Business Administration at the University of Seoul.
