Samara Nery

Samara Nery is currently the Head of People & Culture at Pilar, where they focus on evolving human relations within organizations. Previously, Samara served as a People Manager at Daki, overseeing the launch of various subsystems and managing a team of 16. Their earlier experience includes roles in talent acquisition and HR business partnering at Raízen and Grupo Nós, respectively. Samara holds a degree in Public Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and has completed various post-graduate programs in human resources management and leadership.
