Mark Smith

Mark Smith has extensive experience in the technology and human resources sectors, currently serving as President of Pilat since November 1994. Under Mark's leadership, Pilat has specialized in providing tailored HR solutions for mid-large size organizations. Previously, Mark held several key positions at Pilat, including EVP & CTO, EVP Operations for the UK and US, and Research & Development Director, where there was significant involvement in developing the HR Pulse web-based platform. Mark's career also includes programming roles at Counterpoint Systems, Inc., and Monitor Systems, where expertise in HRIS application development was gained.
