Originally starting out as a small home studio, we have been providing Canberra and it’s regions with professional and professional Pilates instruction for over 12 years.

Since those early days as a home studio operating out of a small garage in Pearce, we now offer 100 sessions per week at our two studio locations in Woden and Manuka.

We are a team of highly qualified and experienced Pilates instructors who have conducted over 45, 000 hours of Pilates instruction. Our aim is to create a friendly and comfortable environment for all our clients with an emphasis on providing a clinical focus to our Pilates delivery. This ensures your body will flourish and nurtures quality professional relationships between clients and instructors.
