Prashant Bhanushali

Prashant Bhanushali is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in e-commerce and market development. As Associate Director Marketplaces at Pilgrim from September 2024 to April 2025, Prashant led marketplace initiatives. Prior to this, a National Key Account Manager for E-commerce at Hygienic Research Institute (HRIPL) from February 2023 to September 2024, Prashant was instrumental in developing go-to-market strategies and forecasting. At Nykaa, from September 2021 to January 2023, Prashant managed brand operations for over 500 private label products in the international market, particularly in the US and UAE. Earlier, Prashant worked at Larsen & Toubro as Assistant Manager in International Defence Business Development, focusing on market research and lead identification in the APAC and LATAM regions. Prashant holds an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology.
