Swati Sachdeva serves as Associate Director of Strategy and Marketing at Pilgrim, overseeing skincare P&L management and marketing strategy since September 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Bain & Company, where responsibilities encompassed buy-side and sell-side due diligence in the healthcare sector, as well as developing growth strategies for various clients.
