Gareth Wright

Gareth Wright has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, beginning with roles at Irwin's Bakery as both Production Manager and Operations Manager from March 2004 to July 2006. Subsequently, Gareth worked at Allied Bakeries as Production Manager from September 2008 to August 2012, before serving as Operations Manager and later General Manager at Pilgrim's Europe from August 2012 to February 2017, where responsibilities included P&L performance and overseeing a team of over 1700 members. Since April 2022, Gareth has been the Site Director at Pilgrim's Europe, continuing to demonstrate leadership and a focus on operational excellence.
