Brad Tipton has extensive experience in quality assurance and emergency response. Currently, as the Director of Quality Assurance - Feed Manufacturing at Pilgrim's since March 2014, Brad oversees quality assurance and regulatory compliance for 24 North American feed manufacturing facilities and manages USDA PVP certified value-added product certifications. Additionally, as Deputy Chief of the Chattanooga Hamilton County Rescue Service since April 2013, Brad leads the Cave/Cliff/Technical Unit, which provides mutual aid across the Southeastern United States. Previously, Brad served as Feed Mill Manager at Pilgrim's from May 2010 to March 2014, ensuring compliance with FDA, OSHA, EPA, NESHAP, and local environmental regulations. Brad's earlier experience also includes a notable tenure as Lieutenant of the Cave/Cliff Unit from June 1997 to April 2013 and as Fleet Manager at Pilgrims Corporation from June 2005 to June 2009, where responsibilities included scheduling feed deliveries and managing fleet operations.
