Jillian Smith

Jillian Smith is an accomplished professional in the field of food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Senior Quality Assurance Manager of Sanitation at Pilgrim's since November 2023. Previously, Jillian held the position of Senior Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager at Foster Farms from May 2023 to October 2023. Jillian's extensive experience at PSSI includes roles as Divisional Technical Service Manager - South Central, Divisional Food Safety Manager Southeast, and Food Safety Manager for the F.A.S.T. Group. Additionally, Jillian worked as a Food Safety Manager at PSSI Chemical Innovations and served as Regional Food Safety Manager at S3 Sanitation Services. Earlier experience includes a Quality Assurance Supervisor role and participation in the Management Trainee Program at Foster Farms. Jillian graduated from California State University, Fresno, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences in 2015.
