Lee Rafferty has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as a Maintenance Engineer and Engineering Team Leader at Pilgrim's since September 2020. Prior to this role, Lee worked as a Maintenance Engineer at KK FINE FOODS PLC from January 2018 to July 2020 and held the position of Calibration and Service Engineer at Pharmagraph from October 2015 to January 2018. Lee's career began as a Calibration Technician at SGS from June 2013 to October 2015. Academically, Lee earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) from The Open University between 2015 and 2023 and completed an HNC in Process and Operations Engineering at Wirral Metropolitan College from 2013 to 2015.
