Mandy Klopp

Mandy Klopp currently serves as the Head of Operations for Pilgrim's, overseeing the Fresh Food Service Business Unit Operations since February 2017. Prior to this role, Mandy held the position of Complex Manager, responsible for both plant and live operations at the Arcadia Complex. With extensive experience at GNP Company from October 1995 to February 2017, Mandy served as Plant Manager, overseeing plant operations, as well as Human Resource Manager, responsible for HR functions at the Arcadia Complex. Additional roles at GNP included Production Manager, Manager Trainee, and HR Generalist. Mandy is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Colorado State University, expected to graduate in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Viterbo University.
