Patrick Perrin

R&d Culinary Director

Patrick Perrin is an experienced professional in the culinary field with a strong background in research and development. Currently serving as R&D Culinary Director and Culinary Manager at Pilgrim's since October 2018, Patrick has previously held the position of Corporate Research Chef at Culinary Culture from June 2016 to October 2018 and served as Senior Innovation Chef at Leprino Foods from October 2008 to June 2016. Earlier in the career, Patrick was a Teaching Assistant and Fellow at Johnson & Wales University from 2006 to 2008. Patrick holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition, both from Johnson & Wales University, completed between 2004 and 2009.
