Rick Holman is an experienced sales strategy manager with a robust background in demand planning and category management. Currently serving at Pilgrim's since February 2018, Rick has successfully developed and implemented sales strategies across various segments including retail, deli, and food service. Prior experience includes similar roles at GNP Company, where Rick managed demand planning and sales strategy from February 2010 to February 2018, and at Gold'n Plump, where responsibilities as Category Development Manager and Manager of Demand Integration focused on demand planning, trade marketing, and corporate sales. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from St. Cloud State University, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
