Vicky Amy

Vicky Amy serves as the Area Human Resources Director at Pilgrim's since October 2015, previously holding the position of Complex HR Manager. Vicky has extensive HR experience from a prior role at TSN from July 2004 to September 2015, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with corporate policies and employment laws while collaborating with plant staff and company executives. Vicky holds a Master's degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary, expected to be completed in December 2023, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Management from Wiley University, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Panola College.
