Tara Olson

Tara Olson is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a career spanning over two decades in diverse sectors, including property management and petroleum distribution. Since August 2010, Tara has worked at Pillar Communities, overseeing comprehensive HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and compliance. Prior to this role, Tara managed HR operations at Canyon State Oil Co for seven years, where responsibilities included employee relations and Department of Transportation compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Argus Leader from 2000 to 2003. Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and minors in Psychology and History from the University of South Dakota.
