Pillar Capital, AS is a company founded in 2006. The objectives of its operation include investing own and third party funds in commercial real estate objects, as well as ensuring full cycle of real estate development. The company employs around 100 people and its commercial property portfolio includes VEF office buildings, culture venue Hanzas Perons, office building at 23 Elizabetes St., logistics centre in Riga, as well as other properties. Pillar Group includes such companies as Pillar Architekten, offering design and construction supervision services, Pillar Development, Pillar Property Management, ensuring real estate management and maintenance, as well as Hanzas Perons – a venue for music, culture and other events.
