Guy Grinapell

Guy Grinapell is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Head of R&D at Pillar Security, where the focus is on developing a platform for identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks throughout the AI lifecycle. Previously, at AppsFlyer, Guy Grinapell excelled as a Software Team Leader for the SKAdnetwork project, guiding a team of engineers, and contributed to the company as a Podcaster discussing engineering management challenges in Hebrew. In addition, Guy Grinapell co-founded and leads the AppsFlyer Engineering's Team Lead Community to promote growth and knowledge sharing among team leaders. Earlier experience includes co-founding foodYo as CEO, backend development at LivePerson, and corporate development roles at ClickSoftware. Guy Grinapell holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
