Caroline Early

Caroline Early has over 8 years of work experience. In 2012, they began their career as a Community Organizer at 350.org. In 2014, they joined This is L. Inc. (YC S15) as Chief of Staff, Head of Brand + Marketing, and Head of Operations. In 2020, they co-founded Pillar (YC S21), a company that provides companies with the workforce and technology to launch or scale a coaching program in-house with measurable ROI.

Caroline Early is currently enrolled in the S21 program at Y Combinator. Previously, they studied Journalism at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Political Science and Government at the University of San Francisco, and attended Charlotte Country Day School.
