David Parker has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. David most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer at Pillr starting in October 2018. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Technology at Novacoast since May 2002. Before that, David owned and operated Neon Goat Productions, offering computer consulting services to individuals and small businesses, including computer training, repair, application development, and website design. David also worked as the Chief Technologist at RE/MAX Grand Central, where they built a secure workgroup IT infrastructure and developed an accounting database. Additionally, David founded and served as the General Manager at Brentwood Radio.

David Parker earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science with a minor in Linguistics from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. David also pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, completing it in 2006.
