Wayne Rees

Wayne Rees has extensive experience in operations and project management within the pharmacy sector. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Development at PillTime since May 2019, Wayne previously held significant roles at LloydsPharmacy, including Customer Fulfilment Manager for Prescription Assembly Solutions in South UK and Area Manager responsible for 20 stores in the Gwent and Bristol area. Key responsibilities include managing operational performance, cost accountability, team empowerment, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Wayne holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environmental Risk Management from the University of Wales, completed in 1993.
