David Kagan

David Kagan is an experienced software engineer with a background in both software development and nursing. At Circuit, from January 2023 to August 2024, David designed a RESTful API service using Go and maintained a PostgreSQL database engineered to support numerous users. Prior experience includes developing a data visualization tool at D3no Data and contributing to various open-source projects, including a finance tracker, plane tracker, and medication list. David’s nursing background includes work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Yale New Haven Hospital and at the Endoscopy Center of Connecticut. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Pace University and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biology from Queen's University, alongside a coding education from Codesmith.
