Jonas Matthaei is a professional with diverse experience in media consulting and customer success management. Currently serving as a Berater Media at pilot Agenturgruppe since August 2023, Jonas previously held positions at EPROFESSIONAL GmbH, including Customer Success Manager and Trainee in Customer Success Management from August 2021 to June 2023. Earlier roles include a Werkstudent in Affiliate Marketing and Eventmanager at Otto (GmbH & Co KG) from March 2019 to January 2020 and from August 2014 to September 2017, respectively. Jonas completed a Bachelor of Arts in Sozialökonomie at the University of Hamburg and participated in an Auslandssemester in Wirtschaftswissenschaften at Latvijas Universitate. Education also includes vocational training as a Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann and obtaining an Abitur from Gymnasium Oedeme.
