Pilot Brands is so much more than a name. It’s a way of thinking that translates into quality you can see, taste, and trust. At Pilot Brands we deeply believe in what we provide: quality meats that connect you with the fundamental integrity of the natural production process. The Pilot and Pasture Perfect brands are about delivering this simple goodness.

Our family of farmers, processors and distributors provides a synergy of people, philosophy and products that delivers the best of the land with exacting attention to detail, service and quality. As chefs, you care deeply about the provenance of your meat and produce; farmers care as deeply about the health of the land and wholesome goodness of the animals they raise. We strive to strengthen the connection between you, your diners, and the land.
