Hans Robertson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and security sectors. As the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Verkada since May 2016, Hans has focused on modern physical security solutions. In addition to this role, Hans serves on the Board of Directors for TRACTIAN and Pilot.com, with a commitment to innovation in various fields. Previous positions include leadership roles at Cisco Meraki, where Hans co-founded the company and significantly contributed to product development and sales from 2006 to 2015, and board involvement with Stackdriver, which was acquired by Google. Hans’s experience also encompasses various investments in tech companies and advisory roles, including a position on the Dean's Advisory Council at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology School of Engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a foundational education at New Trier Township High School.
