Jae Cook

Jae Cook is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and administration, currently serving as the Lead IT Systems Engineer at Pilot.com since February 2022, where notable achievements include revamping the Okta environment and implementing passwordless authentication. Previously, Jae held positions at Trace3, overseeing the migration of corporate services and revamping the Jamf environment, and at Groupware Technology, where a Single Sign-On environment was successfully implemented. Jae's earlier roles include system administration at Aegis Applied, Wavelength Datacom, LLC, and the Better Business Bureau, alongside various freelance IT positions. Jae holds a degree from Framingham State University, completed between 2001 and 2005.
