Seung Ham

Seung Ham is a highly experienced data professional currently serving as the Head of Data at Pilot.com since April 2024, focusing on enhancing the financial back office for small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to this role, Seung held several key positions at Brex, including Head of Business Data Science and Data Science Manager, where responsibilities included empowering teams to make data-driven decisions and building a robust data science team. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Data Scientist at Meta, Data Scientist at LendingClub, and Analytics Lead at Moody's, where Seung contributed significantly to data analysis and strategic initiatives. Seung's military service as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Army provided foundational leadership skills. Seung holds a Master's degree in Information and Data Science and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, both from the University of California, Berkeley.
