Pilot Italia spa is a self-adhesives labels and film of primary importance on the European market when it comes to studying and manufacturing self-adhesive packaging solutions. The company's printing equipment is the only one of its kind in Italy and it recently transferred its production over to the new plant in Cornate d'Adda.
The equipment from the two existing poles in Usmate Velate and Merate has been pooled together in this new production plant so as to enable the company to respond to all industry requirements in the most efficient and financially viable way: from white labels to those printed in 10 colours. A new competitive capacity that is all thanks to the application of lean manufacturing techniques which mean that savings can be made whilst both maintaining and stepping-up Pilot Italia's level of quality.
