Glenn Allen

Glenn Allen has worked in the brewing industry since 2007, beginning at Goose Island Beer Company. During their time there, they worked as a Brewer, Warehouse Associate, Barback, Food Runner, and Doorman. In 2014, they moved to Revolution Brewing Chicago, where they were the Brewery Manager and Brewer. In 2020, they joined Pilot Project Brewing as the Head Brewer/Chief Product Officer, managing a team of three brewers and overseeing the production, cellar, packaging, and logistics of the company's brands. Prior to their brewing career, Glenn worked at the Village of Suttons Bay as a Department of Public Works Employee and at Villa Marquette as an Assistant Caretaker.

Glenn Allen attended Columbia College Chicago from 2006 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies.
