Leon van der Vyver is an experienced entrepreneur and program manager with a strong background in innovation and operations. As the founder of Pilot Projects since June 2022, Leon has focused on helping companies scale and automate their operations through hundreds of integrations that save significant work hours. Previously, Leon held multiple roles at On Deck from March 2021 to June 2022, contributing to the development of fellowships aimed at accelerating professional growth and fostering connections among top talent. Leon's earlier experience includes serving as an Investment Finance Teaching Assistant at iXperience and founding StudentSummaries, an online educational content platform that leveraged no-code tools for scaling. Leon's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Vlerick Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Stellenbosch University, along with diverse professional training in management and real estate finance.
